going to the chapel...
just came back from another friend's wedding tonight in pasadena. ironically, within a 5 mile radius of where we're going to be married in june. check out the meager amount of pics i took tonight and check out my new duds that my future in-laws got me. it's chinese tradition for the bride's parents to buy the groom a suit, shoes, belt, and wallet. you can check em out here

have your cake and eat it too
so my parents were up in the area because they needed to take care of some business for the upcoming wedding. they also needed to drop by to discuss wedding logistics. today just happened to also be my aunt's bday so i dropped by diamond bakery i got number #11 for her. it's not a bad cake it's made primarily of fruit hence the name of the cake, "fruit cake". the frosting is probably very fattening but the cake itself is very light and doesn't sit heavy in your stomach.
